To maintain the original appearance of The Anaya Collections products we recommend that you treat each piece with care and follow the below instructions:<\/p>

DAILY USAGE<\/em><\/span><\/p>

Limit exposure to direct heat and sunlight. Keep all jewellery dry and put on after the use of cosmetic and body products. Water, lotion, fragrances, and any other oil or water-based products will increase the likeliness of tarnishing.<\/p>

Avoid wearing your jewellery at the beach, swimming pool, or while exercising or playing sports. Chlorine and related chemicals can severely discolour and damage jewellery as well as loosen stones and settings. Limit contact with rough surfaces and other metals in order to avoid scratching and changes in colour.<\/p>

PLATING<\/em><\/span><\/p>

All The Anaya Collections Design jewellery is made from 18k gold plated metal. All items are coated with an electro-coating (e-coating) to prevent tarnishing and wear.<\/p>

NATURAL STONES & PEARLS<\/em><\/span><\/p>

Special care should be given to any styles featuring natural stones and pearls. These natural materials are delicate and should be handled with care. Do not drop the product or expose them to any hot temperatures or harsh chemicals to avoid breakages.<\/p>

CLEANING<\/em><\/span><\/p>

When cleaning, we recommend you to use polishing cloths. Such cloths are non-abrasive and will remove debris with little effort.<\/p>

STORAGE<\/em><\/span><\/p>

When not in use, store jewellery in the protective bag and box received with purchase. Because metals and stones get scratched when encountered one another, we recommend that you store each piece of jewellery separately.<\/p>

Chains should be stored closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.<\/p>

Please note that The Anaya Collections jewellery is made of plated metals and will tarnish over time with much wear.
