McMullen Terminal
A big Terminal Project for the end customer Trafigura Terminal consist of two crude oil storage tank of capacity 100,000 barrels along with 10 Lact Units. The scope includes basic process design, piping, 3D model, electrical & instrumentation and other associated engineering deliverable preparation. The detail scope as below:
- Basic Engineering and Complete Detail Engineering of Crude Oil Storage Tank Farm of Process, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical & Instrumentation.
- P&ID Development and Tank Design (Tank Data Sheet) as per API 650 and OSHA Standards.
- Line Hydraulics, Pump Hydraulic Calculations and Pump Data Sheet.
- Equipment Layout and Piping Layout.
- Instrument Process Data Sheets.
- Cable routing & schedule, junction box drawing, Single Line Diagram (SLD), cable tray drawings, MCC Panel Drawing,
- Earthing Pit drawings, Lighting Layout, Lighting Details and Loop Drawings.
- Fire Water System Design as per NFPA Standards.
