Fireproofing for structures was successfully carried for manufacturing plant of client M&G RESINS USA, LLC for Polymer manufacturing using Terephthalic Acid and Ethylene Glycol as basic raw material.

TPA and Ethylene glycol was esterified in one single esterifier designed for 3000 metric tons per day (TPD) and further processed in two parallel CP units each of them with 1500 TPD throughput. The detail scope of work is as follows:

• Hazardous locations per the Class/Division system are classified according to the Class, Division and Group.
• For the purpose of determining the proper methods and extent of fireproofing required the various areas containing equipment and piping requiring supports involving exposed steel shall be classified either (a) Hazardous, (b) Non-Hazardous, or (c) Intermediate.
• The Design of Fire Proofing is done in accordance with the latest edition of :
1. ASTM E119
2. UL 1709
3. API 2218
